Online Submission
To enter the 2013 Toshiba/NSTA ExploraVision program online, coaches are strongly encouraged to register and manage projects here. Registered coaches will receive periodic updates, tips, and pointers on how to facilitate the program in the classroom. The 2013 ExploraVision program may incorporate rule changes and programmatic tweaks. Please review these changes in September before your teams begin to work on their projects.
One coach may enter multiple teams. Once registered, the coach may upload the team’s completed projects and then submit the projects to NSTA.

If your team is submitting online, please note the following:
- You may only submit ONE file per project. That means that your sample web pages should be included with the remainder of your project in ONE file. You do NOT need to use the Sample Web Page form if you are submitting online. To merge your web pages with your paper, many people print and scan everything into one PDF. Alternatively, you can use the “print screen” function on your web pages and then insert those into your Word document as images.
- Your project must abide by the same style requirements as mailed projects. Your entire project should be double-spaced with the sections in the following order: Abstract, Present Technology, History, Future Technology, Breakthroughs, Design Process, Consequences, Bibliography, and 5 Sample Web Pages. Please make sure these sections are in this EXACT order and are labeled as such.
- You must upload only one of the following document types: .doc, .docx, .pdf, .rtf, .txt extensions.
- Please name your file the same as your Project ID #. For example, if your Project ID # is 275G, then your file should be named 275G.doc or 275G.pdf. Prior to uploading, make sure the Project ID # and Project Title are included on each page of your document, either in the header or footer of each page of your project.
- Your file should be a maximum size of 10MB for performance purposes. Please try to keep your file under 5MB for best performance. If page times out, please try again. Please keep the resolution of your sample web pages low in order to keep the file size down.
